In some trial runs, the job status always shows "running" even though I already received an email indicating the job has finished. I manually stopped one job and then the status changed to "Requested to stop". After 24 h, it still shows the same status instead becoming "stopped". It seems there is some problem with the Wiki page to reflect the actual job status.
Created by Li Shen thefaculty I responded to this in more detail elsewhere but, in short, we will update this display to make it clearer what is the state of your submission. Currently it seems like you do not get anything displayed anymore. The message shown is:
"Too Many Users - Sorry, but this application has exceeded its quota of concurrent users. Please try again later."
It would be perfect if those issues could be fixed. Thanks in advance. i am very confused too. i just found all my previous submissions, even i just ls the dir, it still shows running after 2 weeks. does that mean i already used up all my time allocation? it is so confusing.
