Are we permitted to share pilot data images with individuals who have not registered for the challenge?
If not, are we able to share images with those who have registered for the challenge (or is it necessary for them to download the images themselves from the challenge site)?

No, the other participant must have registered to the challenge and thus agreed with the DREAM Rules.

Please have the other registered participant download the images themselves.
