Preprocessing

Hi. Is it possible to preprocess DICOM files and save them under '/processedData' during the open phase so that I don't have to redo the step during the challenge round? Thanks!

Hi, That's the exact purpose of the directory "/processedData" where you can save up to 10 TB of data. The IT infrastructure that we have developed for this challenge is modular and enables to separate the pre-processing from the training phase (see [Submitting Models](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn4224222/wiki/401759)).
