Hi. What I understood from previous threads is that once a new preprocessing docker is submitted, 'preprocessedData' is cleaned and the new script is run. Would it be possible to keep the old contents in the directory? It would be useful when small changes to the preprocessed files are needed. Thanks!

Hi: One goal of DREAM is to promote reproducible, reusable and extensible science. Towards that end we would like the output of each submission to be reproducible from the submission itself. This has driven our decision to start each of your submissions from the same initial state. The contents of the preprocessing directory can be thought of as a cache or short cut where, in the case that you use the same preprocessing method twice, the system avoids rerunning the same code. Hope this helps.
