release_notes: Pollack Dataset: These were derived from 127 locally advanced (T3/T4 and/or N2) breast cancer tumors removed from patients enrolled in one of two trials and were therefore receiving either doxorubicin or fluorouracil-mitomycin based neoadjuvant chemotherapy. In addition to clinical phenotypes, gene expression and CNV data were available that were generated using Standford spotted cDNA arrays. However, all 3 data types are only available for 47 of the 127 samples included in this packet.
