Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to obtain the details of what are the effect/non-effect alleles and standard error relative to the fetal eQTLs shared at the syn50897018 instance. For example, the "mixed_nominal_eqtl_90HCP_all_assoc.txt.gz" file contains the following columns: 'pid sid dist npval slope fdr'. My question would be what are the standard error of the slope column, and the effect/non-effect alleles of the tested sid SNP. Thank you! Best, Virginia

Hi, I cannot find information on synapse on the allele for which the effect size (beta) refers to in the QTL summary statistics, however, for the SE, I believe (but please correct me if I am wrong), since fastQTL was used, the beta is the slope value, and the SE can be derived from nominal p-value and z-score assuming a normal distribution. Thank you, Claudia
