Hi, I cannot find any metadata for the [scATAC-seq](https://doi.org/10.7303/syn53252914) data from the UCLA-ASD project. There is [metadata](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn4587614) available for the bulk datatypes of this project, but not for the single-cell ones. There is some information about the [scRNA-seq](https://doi.org/10.7303/syn29425835) study and I also found the matching paper for this, but for the scATAC-seq data, the description doesn't seem to add up to the data files. E.g. there is a statement that 63 samples were processed, but only 18 samples seem to be included. Is there a difference between the naming of the AT1-9 samples and the ATAC1-8 samples? Or are these just additional samples? What are the autism samples and what are the controls? Is the scATAC-seq data coming from this [paper](https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.03.10.530869v1)? But where is the scRNA-seq then from this paper? I was also wondering whether some individuals were shared between the scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq studies from UCLA-ASD. Thank you in advance! Hanne
