My name is Mathias, a postdoctoral fellow at EMBL-Heidelberg, in the lab of Judith Zaugg. Some months ago we applied through the NIMH - CGRMD portal to access data (RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq and RPPA) from the PsychEncode - BrainGVEX project (synapse id: syn4590909). Recently, I notice that I also have access to human studies other than the BrainGVEX project , for example the HumanFC (synapse id: syn5321694). I would be interested in analyzing the ATACseq data from the HumanFC project as well, but first I wanted to make sure with you that I do, in fact, have access to these other human studies.
