Hi, Sorry if this is documented already, I have looked through the RNAseq description but I can not find it. I have downloaded the UCLA_ASD samplesheet (syn5602933) and the RNAseq data for processing (syn4587615). However, it is not clear to me for some samples if they are resequenced, or if it is a unique sample. For example, for individual UMB5308 there are 4 samples from 3 brain regions: ``` UMB5308_ba41_42_22 Sample_UMB5308_ba41_42_22_1st Sample_UMB5308_ba9_2nd Sample_UMB5308_vermis_1st ``` UMB5308_ba41_42_22 and Sample_UMB5308_ba41_42_22_1st are from the same brain region. Is this a resequencing of the same library, or is this an independent sampling from the same brain region? Thanks a lot, Niek
