Why Are NonHuman Primate Datasets Controlled?

Hi there, I'm wondering why the dataset syn4921369 requires NRGR data access permissions to download? The data appears to be entirely non-human primate, so perhaps it is misclassified? Thanks M

These data are now open access. Do note that there is a requirement to acknowledge the consortium in publications based on secondary data use

There are 2 datasets that need to be made open: syn4566132 and syn7067053
Thanks for your response! I think I got the dataset ID correct, but syn16779542 is an example of a specific file in the set. I look forward to the data! M
