Hi, A few questions on the Psychencode data: 1) Are the RNA-seq Psychencode datasets available here (http://resource.psychencode.org/?_ga=2.25456381.1142813178.1567028422-797878462.1560739432#Raw) also based on the Capstone versions? 2) For the Capstone data, it seems for at least RNA-seq, there are two freezes (Freeze 1 and 2, https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6039873). What's the difference between the two? I see freeze 2 is missing some of the freeze 1 data (e.g. BrainGVEX), and when I use the tables to find data (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn8466658/tables/), it still points me to Freeze 1 data, from what I can see. Thanks!

Hi @geraldquon - The PsychENCODE associated data that went into the analysis on the resource site are available through the Capstone collection. Please see here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn12080241. Click on the link to the data table for a comprehensive list of all the files. This set includes more of the uniformly processed data than what was included in the analysis available on the resources site, and it does not include data from other sources, such as GTEx. We are working with the team to post a list of all the specimenIDs that went into their analysis so that it's easier to match back to the raw data
