Hey, I wanted to specify the number of individuals for whom Chip-seq has been done. In the Wang et al. paper it is reported that Chip-seq was done for 408 PsychENCODE samples and in the raw file table it is indicated that for 50 samples it was done for 3 brain regions and for 31 ASD samples for 1 brain region. I wanted to ask about the number difference, whether the 408 indicates samples (not individuals) and the raw data indicates individuals or whether there is additional information in regards to the number for whom Chip-seq data is available.
