sample size in genotype data is not equal to that in MetaData

Hi there, For genotype data in LIBD_szControl (syn10537129), the sample size is 400; In GenotypesMetadata (syn10909366), the sample size for LIBD_szControl is 355; I am wondering why the sample sizes in these two data sets are not the same. Were these 45 individuals (400-355=45) included in the eQTL mapping in Wang et al. 2018 Science? Thank you, Ting
