Hi all! I would like to ask whether there are data structures to the ATAC seq peak data (syn8113124). There are no column names to these files, so it is currently not possible to understand what each data in each files are meant for. Is it identical to usual Narrowpeak file format generated from ChIP-seq analysis? Examples of first three lines of ATAC-seq peak data are as follows: chr1 10209 10494 /lustre/beagle/djf604/projects/BrainGVEX/analysis/ATAC-seq-analysis-pipeline-version3-bedpe/2015-1709/2015-1709.processed.bed_regular_peak_calls_peak_1 18 . 2.54837 3.46135 1.80899 121 chr1 237643 237851 /lustre/beagle/djf604/projects/BrainGVEX/analysis/ATAC-seq-analysis-pipeline-version3-bedpe/2015-1709/2015-1709.processed.bed_regular_peak_calls_peak_2 86 . 4.70468 10.78655 8.63268 106 chr1 521480 521690 /lustre/beagle/djf604/projects/BrainGVEX/analysis/ATAC-seq-analysis-pipeline-version3-bedpe/2015-1709/2015-1709.processed.bed_regular_peak_calls_peak_3 101 . 5.09673 12.37974 10.15686 97 Also, reference genome used to generate the ATAC seq peak data are not specified. Is it possible to know which reference genome version was used to produce the results? Thank you so much! Sincerely,
