Hello, LIBD_szControl genotype data (syn10537129,@kelsey) contains individuals with missing clinical (syn22416884,@kelsey) and genotype (syn22416900,@kelsey) metadata. More specifically, of the 493 individuals included in the vcfs, 230 are missing from the clinical metadata and 115 are missing from the genotype metadata. A complete list of IIDs can be provided upon request. Is it possible to update these files to contain information for all individuals? Thank you, -Travis Mize
