I have a trouble in obtaining a Synapse Token to apply for the data access to PsychENCODE. It have been two weeks but still I have not received the token. I also checked my spam folder and there is no token. My student get it in a couple minutes after registering a synapse account. Could you help to check the problem?

I have turn on the "Allow Synapse to send me email notifications" now. Could you help to resend the token?

As our records, the token was sent to you on 11/11/2022. Could you please visit your Synapse Account Settings and, in the "Email" section, confirm that the checkbox "Allow Synapse to send me email notifications" is checked?
