EpiMap bed files normalized against input?

Hi, Could you please tell me if the PFC H3K27ac and H3K4me3 bed files are corrected for input? Typically when calling peaks on bam files, both target and input are mentioned. Here you have provided both target and input bed files so I am unsure. Thanks
