Dear @Christine_Pratilas and @mkai1, For the RNASeq data described in the 2020 Sci Data publication, do you have information on the library preparation kit that was used to process the samples? I could not find this information in the publication; @kwangminchoiphd would like to know what the protocol was and whether it was a stranded protocol. If you additionally can provide the name of the kit/protocol, we'll annotate the released RNASeq files so that they will have this information in the future. Thanks so much for the help, Robert
