Hello everyone, May I ask why the cluster annotation in all_pbmcs_rna_harmony.h5ad file has no 'pDCs' appeared in Figure 1.C. Is it integrated to myeloid cells?

Hello, The reason why you don't see it inside all_pbmcs_rna_harmony.h5ad, is because it contains metadata only about major biological subpopulations. Biologically speaking, pDCs are the cells that belong to the Myeloid cells. In Figure 1C, we chose to highlight their presence specifically because they form a distinct cluster on the UMAP. Since the full annotation isn't immediately accessible to the reader, this emphasis is meant to help readers better understand the data's structure. As a user working with the data, you can download the full annotation for the myeloid cells from the dedicated zip archive. Kind regards, Marina
