MDS-UPDRS and PDQ-8 request Token

Hello everyone, How long should it take to receive a request token from the synapse platform to validate the access to those questionnaires? ILIAS.

Hi, I requested for a Synapse token by pressing the blue button underneath the instructions for both the PDQ-8 and MDS-UPDRS Forms. The page indicated that I should be sent an email with the token details, but I never received an email. I also can't press the button again, because the site says Your request for a Synapse Token has been sent. Could you kindly help me get my tokens I have requested?
