@aloyayri : I have my own sql, so can I connect my sql to your data for Parkinson disease directly? In sql or I have to download first the tables? I used python before and I connect it already but my question for mysql

Synapse tables are not an SQL database, so you will not be able to interface with the data using MySQL. You can execute SQL-like queries against the data before download using the [Python](https://python-docs.synapse.org/build/html/index.html?highlight=tablequery#synapseclient.Synapse.tableQuery) or [R](https://r-docs.synapse.org/reference/synTableQuery.html) clients.
