You may use any dataset as long as it is **publicly available..**
I am not asking about previous MICCAI datasets. I am interested to know if I can use Cholec and the others mentioned by your team above.
As stated in our participation rules: "Data used to train the algorithms that are part of the submission is limited to the training data released with the Syn-ISS challenge under the Data page or publicly available datasets including pre-trained models." So, if the previous MICCAI challenge dataset is publicly available for anyone to use then it should be fine. Thanks for asking!
