One example is BraTS-MEN-00085. Shall we ignore this subject, or is it part of the training? @vchung [Please find the screenshot of the subject from this link](https://ibb.co/DzsjpV7)

@tianyiren, @ecalabr - The revised cases and updated training data is now available under the [BraTS-MEN folder](syn51514106).
@tianyiren, would you mind taking a look at the data that I have corrected to confirm that it is now looking as expected? Once you confirm, we will incorporate and reupload the training data. You can accessed the fixed data at [this link](https://duke.box.com/s/a46x4n4qzmr0vd7fipujbdj5fnexqi16) @vchung I have sent you a box invite with the new version of the training dataset that incorporates this fix. Once we make this available it will be good to message all participants to let them know that we corrected an issue affecting 47 of the training cases.
@ecalabr , We can start with just the revised cases for now, so that current participants can move forward with their training. But additionally updating the entire training dataset may be a good idea as well. Thank you again, @tianyiren, for helping identify the issues! We will have the data up shortly.
@tianyiren Thank you! Confirming that the list of cases with this issue that I was able to identify matches the 47 cases that you have identified. I already have a fix and we should have the data reuploaded soon. @vchung can we reupload just these revised cases or will it need to be the entire training data zip file?
@ecalabr I do have a list of the data that have a similar issue. [List of images](https://ibb.co/LSL79Vs). Thank you for your help!
@tianyiren thanks for identifying this issue! I have reviewed the case in question and have also found some similar issues with other cases. This appears to be an issue with assigning the image origin, and should be easy to fix on our end. I will work on revising the data. Do you already have a list of other affected cases? This would help with the investigation. In the mean time, it may be worth excluding these cases from your training runs until we fix the issue.
Thank you so much!@vchung
@tianyiren , Thank you for letting us know! I will forward this to the Challenge Organizers and they can answer.
