I have obtained access to the dataset but it seems like it's impossible to submit my segmentation to the challenge because the deadline is over. Is there any way to evaluate our model here at this time?

Continuous evaluation is not open at this time It should be opening soon - an announcement will be made once you can start submitting your segmentations for evaluation.
