Request for access to dataset

Hi Admins, I am a post graduate student working on Image Guided surgery. Thank you for making this wonderful dataset open to everyone. I have registered for the challenge and also filled the request data access form. But, I am unable to access the dataset for download. Can you kindly verify the issue and provide me the access?
