Can I access the evaluation for validation set right now?

I saw the Submission Tutorial but I couldn't find if I still can submit it now. Also, I am very confused about whether the results of BraTS 2023 challenge are released now and how I can find it.

Besides, the Validation Phase of Submission Dashboard is empty. How can it be like this? It's 2024 now and 2023's validation is still not released? Is there any way to find the SOTA of 2023 challenge?
