Hello all, @vchung , @ujjwalbaid, i believe to have found a mix-up in the filenames for subject 1727 of the glioma validation set. Specifically, the modes 't1n' and 't1c' seem to be switched. My proposal: BraTS-GLI-01727-000-t1n.nii.gz -> BraTS-GLI-01727-000-t1c.nii.gz BraTS-GLI-01727-000-t1c.nii.gz -> BraTS-GLI-01727-000-t1n.nii.gz Kind Regards, Niklas
