Hi, while looking into another Glioma Dataset, specifically: the [UCSF-PDGM](https://www.cancerimagingarchive.net/collection/ucsf-pdgm/) public data set, I noticed that their mapping file includes a column that maps some patients (n=387, according to their [paper](https://pubs.rsna.org/doi/full/10.1148/ryai.220058)) to the BraTS2021 data set (and consequently to BraTS2023). All cases referenced by UCSF are listed in the BraTS2023-GLI mapping file as originating from Site number 18. However, there are more cases in the BraTS mapping originating from site 18 than there are cases mapped from UCSF to BraTS. I would like to know: 1. Can you confirm that Site 18 refers to data acquired from the University of California San Francisco? 2. Are you aware of any further images included in the UCSF-PDGM dataset, that have been included in the BraTS2023 dataset, but not listed as such in the UCSF mapping file? If so, could you provide that information? 3. Some of the BraTS2023 subjects have two time steps (e.g. BraTS-GLI-00090-000 and BraTS-GLI-00090-001). The UCSF-PDGM mapping file does not specify which time step they are mapping to. Can you provide information on which time step originated from the public UCSF-PDGM data set and which ones might have been shared with BraTS privately? Thanks in advance!

Hi @nwoebs, I must appreciate the way you have investigated the mapping of the BraTS cohort with the publicly available datasets. Following are the responses to your queries: 1. The mapping between subject and name of the institution will never be shared with the participants for private data. 2&3. We can not share this information. The data transfer agreements between challenge organizers and data contributors restrict us from sharing this information publicly.
