Neurofibromatosis patients in MEN cohort?

Hello, I am writing to ask if there are any NF2/schwannomatosis patients in the meningioma cohort. If so, we'd love to list this dataset in the NF Data Portal (nf.synapse.org) so that our NF researchers can find it.

Thank you Dominic! I did see that in the paper, but wasn't sure if that meant that all NF2 patients were removed, or just those with suspected schwannomas. If you _do_ have any shareable NF related imaging data, would love to chat about that further or figure out how we might help share those data! Cheers, Robert
Hi Robert. Thank you for your interest in the dataset. There are no cases of NF2 in the dataset. Please refer to the following excerpt from the Data Resource Paper: "Exclusion criteria included lack of visible tumor on the skull-stripped MRI or the presence of any intracranial tumor that was not radiographically or pathologically consistent with meningioma (including cases of neurofibromatosis type 2 with intracranial schwannomas)." https://www.nature.com/articles/s41597-024-03350-9 Best, Dominic LaBella
