Issues with registration

I am unable to register for the challenge. I want to work on tasks 1 and 2, but when I register, I get the error "Sorry, you do not have sufficient privileges for access. Accessors must be Synapse Certified Users." Can you please help? "

@sban28 -- Thank you for your interest in the RARE-X Challenge! In order to register and be able to upload & submit on Synapse, you must first become a Certified User, , which is achieved by taking [a short quiz](https://www.synapse.org/#!Quiz:) about the [Synapse Commons Data Use Procedure](https://s3.amazonaws.com/static.synapse.org/governance/SynapseCommonsDataUseProcedure.pdf?v=4). This activity ensures that you understand the rules and policies that govern data sharing on Synapse. The quiz is 15 questions and should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
