Hello, I am Masahiro Yoshikawa, a Japanese M.D. Could you please inform me which of ALLELE0 and ALLELE1 the effect allele is in the UKB-PPP pGWAS summary statistics? I suppose that ALLELE1 is the effect allele because BETA (discovery) is "wrt. A1" in Supplementary Table 9 of Nature 2023 Oct;622(7982):329-338. Am I correct? I would appreciate your help.

Hi, You are right! ALLELE1=effect allele. The Interactive tables can verify this. I already confirmed it.
