You can copy the ID corresponding to each folder and download the whole folder using the command line:
for Cataract-1K videos: synapse get -r syn53404507
for lens irregularity dataset: synapse get -r syn53395131
for phase recognition dataset: synapse get -r syn53395146
for pupil reaction dataset: synapse get -r syn53395402
for segmentation dataset: synapse get -r syn53395479
You can also use alternative programmatic options such as Python and R.
