The target variable is "he_b008_high_cholesterol" which can be found in the Health & Exposure Survey as described on the Data page - https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn52817032/wiki/627637, under the heading Data Components. The RData file for the Health & Exposure Survey is located under Files -> train_data_synthetic -> PEGS_freeze_v3.1_nonpii -> Surveys -> Health_and_Exposure, and similarly under val_data_synthetic and similarly for the original data as well.
You will need to submit your predictions for the target variable as described here - https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn52817032/wiki/627650 under "Output files"
