Missing variables in the exposome dataset?

Hi all, We noticed that the exposome codebooks report more variables than are present in the RData files. For example, the exposome B codebook says 724 variables but the RData has fewer than 600. Does anyone know why or how they were filtered?

Hi @fmarotta, Any variables containing PII (personally identifiable information) or PHI (protected health information) were removed from all the PEGS DREAM Challenge data. Hence the difference between the codebook and the RData. PII or PHI cannot be provided for the Challenge. Also, these data are not as relevant for the Challenge.
