Blood Plasma or Whole Blood data?

Hi, the description on the wiki says "500 blood plasma samples were obtained", the GEO page says only "blood". Is it really the cell-free blood plasma, so circulating DNA, or whole blood with cell DNA that was tested on the array? Thanks!

Thanks for checking. The DNA was isolated from buffy coats (i.e. cells).
