@sleeperpanda, could you please provide your Synapse team id for the test phase if you have one? otherwise, your Synapse ID (sleeperpanda) will be on the whitelist for the test phase. One team is only allowed to submit once in the test phase. Thanks!
@mdsage1, I do not have permission to download the files. See screenshot. ${imageLink?synapseId=syn62047091&align=None&scale=100&responsive=true&altText=}
@rids_1 @sleeperpanda @subzero @phmoer The leaderboard should be visible and you should all be able to download your feedback. Please let us know if you still experience problems.
Hi @phmoer @mdsage1, I still haven't been able to access or received any feedback for my submission, or see the leaderboard. At this point, am I the only user with issues? is there anything I can do to help resolve this? Please let me know. Thank you.
@phmoer I get the same red banner right away. See attached image. ${imageLink?synapseId=syn62031710&align=None&scale=100&responsive=true&altText=}
@rids_1 , can you open the [Result Wiki](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn53065760/wiki/629264)? You may need to log in first. Once you log in, you will see a "Sign In" button next to the text "You will need to sign in to access this resource", and then sign in again. Please let us know if it works.
Thanks for letting us know. We are working on the leaderboard access issue.
@mdsage1 @phmoer, referring to @sleeperpanda, I do not know where the scoring will be downloaded, but can you also check that all of us having issues (@sleeperpanda, @subzero, @rids_1) have access to all the affected areas? i.e., leaderboard, scoring download and anything else that may have access issues? Thanks
Hi, I also can't see the leaderboard and can't download the scoring and discrepancy reports as you mentioned @mdsage1. I got a similar message "Sorry, you do not have sufficient privileges for access. You lack READ access to the requested entity." as @subzero and @rids_1 received. is there any other way to see these files?
Hi @mdsage1, @phmoer, like @subzero I also do not have access to the leaderboard. Please see attached screenshot. ${imageLink?synapseId=syn62006338&align=Center&scale=100&responsive=true&altText=}
Ah thank you, but I don't have the permission to download these files either. I can only see the logs file
@subzero All Participants should have access. Please send a screenshot to maria.diaz@sagebase.org so that I can forward it to our Synapse administrators. Sorry for the inconvenience. I can confirm that your score is 83.69% and want to say great job! Also, you can locate your feedback at [scoring report](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn62004144) and [discrepancy report](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn62004143). Hope that helps for now and we will work on determining why you cannot see the Leaderboard on the Results Wiki page.
I see an error "Sorry, you do not have sufficient privileges for access. You lack READ access to the requested entity."
HI @subzero All participants should be able to view the Leaderboard at the bottom of the Results Wiki Subpage [here](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn53065760/wiki/629264)
Hi, Thank you for your help, I think I am able to submit now. Could I also get access to the leaderboard?
Hi @rids_1 You should be able to see the Leaderboard now. Please try again. As far as STDERRs, they are typical and don't mean it failed. I can see your submission was scored, 98.65%. Great job!
@mdsage1, @phmoer, - In the Results section of the Wiki under Leaderboard I see a red banner with this: "Sorry, you do not have sufficient privileges for access. You lack READ access to the requested entity." Shouldn't I be able to see the leaderboard? - Also, the contents of the log file for my submission have a bunch of STDERRs, does that mean my submission failed? how would I know if my submission failed? Thank you
Fantastic! Glad it worked out.
@mdsage1, @subzero, it worked. I was able to submit.
@subzero & @rids_1 Could you please try submitting again and let me know if it works on your end?
Hi @mdsage1 and @phmoer, if you were able to resolve @subzero 's problem, I have the same issue. Can you look into my account as well? thank you
I have the same problem. Created the project, uploaded the .tar file, hit submit and get: "You are not currently participating in an Evaluation/Challenge. Please join one and try again.".
Hi @subzero I see that you are in fact registered for the challenge. Can you try making another project and repeating the file upload process to see if you receive the same error?
Hi @subzero, We submitted several tries internally, and all work. Our engineering is still working on your issue and the leaderboard. It should be resolved by the end of Friday or early Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi @phmoer, Still unable to submit. Any updates? Was anyone else able to submit? I don't see the leaderboard.
Hi @subzero, Thanks for letting me know. Our technician is working on it. Meanwhile, could you please follow the [Submission Tutorial](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn53065760/wiki/629188), and try it again?
Hi @phmoer, I followed the tutorial for submission, but when I try to "Submit File To Challenge" it tells me "You are not currently participating in an Evaluation/Challenge. Please join one and try again." I am both registered for MIDI-B De-identification challenge and I am a Certified User. However I see an error saying: "Sorry, you do not have sufficient privileges for access. You lack READ access to the requested entity." below "In the left sidebar, click on the Projects icon (top-most icon), then Create a New Project." on the tutorial page, but I think that's a problem with the page. Could you please clarify the submission process?
