Hi Linmin Pei, I managed to clean up the tag errors and tried to submit a job before midnight USA time....but because it is after midnight where I am it was refused(!) Could we get it run manually otherwise we have no idea how well/badly what we are doing is scoring? Hi again, We cannot get any jobs to run any more - or for the last 36 hrs. The first few we ran were fine (eg https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn62671751 ) but we have only got errors for the last couple of days. Thus it is very hard to get any feedback as to how well our deidentification is working. For example: https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn62710335 has the latest error report. We haven't been able to get a decent run with the latest anonymization scripts running and would really want to get some information as to how we are scoring prior to the proper test submission. I cannot find any obvious difference to the structure of the zip files that ran successfully compared to the ones that failed. Could we get some more info as to why things are failing? I can see that there is a pydicom error in the log for a small number of files but would this cause the whole submission to fail? Many thanks!
Ideally, a participant is allowed to submit once per day. Some participants can submit their jobs, so I don't think it is a storage space issue. Most likely it reaches the submission quota limitation.
We jut got something similar "Job used more disk than requested. " for submission ID 9749181. Could you let me know when things are runnable again? Many thanks.
