Hello,
The Submission Tutorial (Files) says for Segmentation Tasks (Challenges #1 - #6) "**All individual segmentations must be of dimension 240x240x155 and origin at [0, -239, 0].**"
This dimension matches last year's image data. But this year's image dimension (at least for Challenge #1) is 182x218x182. Shouldn't the dimension requirement change accordingly?
Thanks.
Created by Jingyun Chen jingyunc I confirm that was indeed the case. I will resubmit the files when 2024 queue becomes available. Thanks. @jingyunc ,
The **BraTS 2024: Adult Glioma Post Treatment** submission queue is not yet available. It sounds like you are submitting to the **BraTS 2023: Adult Glioma** submission queue. Thank you @vchung for the clarification.
However, when I submitted segmentation files for Challenge #1, I still got an email notice:
"Your submission (id: 9746397) is invalid, below are the invalid reasons: One or more predictions is not a NIfTI file with dimension of 240x240x155 or origin at [0, -239, 0]."
It seems the system still applied old requirement for Challenge #1 (240x240x155, [0, -239, 0]), even though the Submission Tutorial has updated to 182x218x182, [-90, 126, -72]. @jingyunc ,
Apologies for the delayed response. You are correct - the Submission Tutorial has been updated so that the expected dimension and origin are listed per challenge.
