Hello! I have a question regarding the validity of our submissions Are submissions with the docker somewhere other than Synapse's container still valid? I am referring to those submissions we had to rename as "Docker on ghcr" or similar. Thank you!

Hi @vchung, The submission status is no longer displayed as INVALID. However, it?s currently not showing any status. I don?t see an update indicating MLCUBE_DOCKER_FOUND. Is this okay? ((update)) The status is now correctly showing as "MLCUBE_DOCKER_FOUND." Thanks
@LMJ , Your submission (ID 9748219) has manually been checked already and the status was updated to MLCUBE_DOCKER_FOUND over the weekend (workflow status, however, will not change). Can you try refreshing the Submission Dashboard? Sometimes a hard refresh is needed for changes to show. Let us know
Hello, we have a similar question. We have uploaded a tarball file to Synapse, but we encountered issues when submitting the Docker image, so we submitted it as ?docker on ghcr? instead. We made sure to specify the Docker image name accurately during submission. However, upon checking the submission dashboard, the Submission ID is 9748219, the submission status is marked as INVALID, and the workflow status is ERROR. Could you please verify if our submission is valid? Additionally, instead of creating a compressed tarball file (*.tar.gz) by following the "Preparing an MLCube for hosting" instructions, we manually used the 'tar -cvf' command to compress the entire project into a tarball before submitting it. Could this also be causing an issue? Thank you.
Hi @JotatD_AD , Great question! For any submissions where the Docker models are located elsewhere, we will manually verify that the images are accessible. If they are, then the status of your config submission will be updated from INVALID to MLCUBE_DOCKER_FOUND. This can be tracked in the [Submission Dashboard](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn53708249/wiki/628814). Because this is a manual check, it may be possible that we have missed verifying your submission. If that is the case, please let us know by giving us the submission ID of your config file.
