Generating output masks at the same magnification level as the input seems here unsufficient. So participants have to actively check the magnification of the input tiffs and whenever magnification!=40 resize the mask, right?

Created by mafi95 Thank you for your answer. I am aware of that description. But this description only refers to the provided validation data and there are no insights about the magnifications that we can expect in the testing data.
Additionally there is no hint that it is mandatory to use your docker container for the evaluation of the magnifications in the testing data? You only mention that an example docker container is provided, but nowhere that one should check this container for the resizing of the final masks. Shouldn't masks be evaluated on the same level of magnification as the images are provided?
