According to the timeline scheduled for April 30th, unlike FeTS2022 where segmentation masks were provided for semantic segmentation training, will segmentation masks be provided for instance segmentation training in FeTS2024?
Can the label values assigned prior to 2022 be changed from this year?

Thanks for reaching out and your interest in the challenge. We're still resolving the logistics regarding the labels, but we plan to provide all necessary data by April 30.
Regarding your second question "Can the label values assigned prior to 2022 be changed from this year?" you may develop your methods on FeTS2022 data and labels as described in the Data section of the challenge without worrying about anything changing much.
As your goal is to develop novel aggregation methods, and considering aggregation methods are not too sensitive on minor changes to the task, whatever you develop should translate well (and if not, it would be an interesting observation regardless!).
