Hi, I have two questions.
1. When evaluating, you said that only bg and cso are evaluated. Is it correct to evaluate by using three files LBGregion_axial.nii, RBGregion_axial, and CSO_and_DCRS_axial.nii in the provided ROI_mask folder?
2. Are the test results using nnUnet evaluated only in bg and cso?

Created by Wooseung Kim WooseungKim 1. yes, but please note that the provided LBGregion_axial.nii, RBGregion_axial, and CSO_and_DCRS_axial.nii are template from (https://doi.org/10.7488/ds/1579). You may choose to: 1. register this template to each individual images for acquire the individual ROI masks or 2. use the existing brain parcellations toolbox (e.g, freesurfer) to get the BG and CSO masks.
2. Yes, the current reported numbers come from the non-weighted average for BG and CSO for all metrics.
