According to the policy of the Challenge, during the validation and testing phase all participants "must sumit a qualified methodology paper (of at least 8 pages)" as the solution to the challenge. Is this paper the same as the paper submitted to the STACOM Workshop? Or in another word, must the participants submit a paper to the STACOM Workshop before the deadline of Aug 15th?
