Dear @LISA2024_Organizers ,
Hello, may I ask if we can add some other commands to the final run command of our submitted Docker. Is it possible to add a README.md file?
Besides, I couldn't find the submission "LISA 2024: Docker Images" queue and "LISA 2024: MLCube Config" queue.
Thank you,
LISA 2024 Challenge Organizers
Created by Yueyue Zhu ZYY101 @wooks527,
Thank you for your message, and we appreciate your attention to detail.
To streamline the submission process, we have created four different evaluation queues (Please disregard our previous response with the naming convention of queues):
Updated Queues:
LISA 2024 Task 1 Docker Image (Test Phase)
LISA 2024 Task 1 MLCube Configuration (Test Phase)
LISA 2024 Task 2 Docker Image (Test Phase)
LISA 2024 Task 2 MLCube Configuration (Test Phase)
Please follow the instructions on both the pages - [How to Submit](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn55249552/wiki/627696) and [What to Submit](https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn55249552/wiki/627701).
We encourage participants to submit their MLCube configuration files, as this will help us automate the evaluation process. However, if you are unable to submit an MLCube config file, please include detailed instructions in the README.md file on how to run your Docker image.
Additionally, we have noticed that some submissions are missing the requirements.txt file. Please ensure that this file is included in your submission to avoid any issues during the evaluation.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
LISA 2024 Challenge Organizers Dear @LISA2024_Organizers,
I would like to clarify whether participants need to create a tarball file if the Docker images are being run manually.
I?m not entirely sure if I?ve understood this correctly.
Best regards,
Hyunwook Kim Hello,
Thank you for reaching out.
We wanted to let you know that the evaluation queues are open and named as follows:
LISA 2024 Task 1 Evaluation (Test Phase)
LISA 2024 Task 2 Evaluation (Test Phase)
Regarding your question about adding commands to the final run command in your Docker submission, we are manually running the Docker images. If these commands will assist in the evaluation process, please include detailed explanations in the README.md file. We will reach out to participants individually if we encounter any issues during the evaluation.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
Best regards,
LISA 2024 Challenge Organizers
