I was trying to reproduce the results mentioned in the paper, but was unable to do so, because the sample names for ArrayExpress datasets have been changed. As a result, I'm not able to map the mortality outcomes with the samples. Moreover, the code given in this repository is not organised because of which I'm unable to run it properly. So it will be nice if you can help me with these two queries
