I am running the synapse conda installation to download the files. I do not get any error. But the final directory created is empty.

Above is the full code list that I ran. As shown, it does seem to download the directory structure as is, but with no files within both directories : 1. Discovery Cohort and 2. Custom PEA panels validation.
