I signed and uploaded the synapse pledge pdf file to validate my user account. The message is that "Please upload your signed and initialed oath AND your documentation, then re-submit." I think it is because the client id verification has not been approved yet. Is it correct ? If so, how long does it take to approve and process my ticket for verification the client id ?

Is this something you can help with? I got it. The validated client id does not need in this case. I want to access this data by following these steps.
