Hi I'm working on submission queues for this challenge: https://www.synapse.org/Synapse:syn52966292/wiki/624696 I had the submissions working but at some point in adding another queue, wiring that up in the docker .env file and making the queues public they stopped working. The submissions don't return any error. They say that the submissions are accepted and that the workflow completed. However no scores are recorded or sent to the submitted. The logs between a success where scores are created and one where they are not appear materially identical (attached) [Logs Success With Score](syn61806402) [Logs Claim Success But No Score](syn61847389) It's unclear to me what might be going wrong or how to further investigate the issue. Any idea how to debug this?
