The project that you are trying to access uses an sftp server to store the files (not native Synapse storage). This server requires you to have credentials on the that machine. The username and password that is being requested is for the sftp server. You should contact the NCI if you don't have credentials for the server. I tried several times, it just does not work, I clicked "download" or "upload" and typed my user name and password that I used to log in Synapse, but it returned an error notice:
"The user name or password is incorrect. Unable to download the file"
Could you please kindly take a look at my account?
