These data sets are wonderful, but is there a way to find the original corresponding publication? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is fantastic! Thank you so much!
There is also a link to a pubmed query at the top of the publication page. The query uses all the grant numbers.
You can find information about which group contributed each data set in this table: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn2580853/wiki/409853. You can also find contact information for each team on this page: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn2580853/wiki/409848.
Thanks very much for this information! The challenge I am having is that there are only 11 studies listed, while in the portal itself, there are 37 listed data sets. Is it possible to request information on those who placed their data in this repository if I provide the corresponding syn#?
Hi Jessica - please see here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn2580853/wiki/409850
That's an excellent point! I'm referring to the AMP-AD Knowledge Portal.
To which data are you referring? You might be most useful to post in the project you're talking about, and be specific about which data you're referring to, since Synapse hosts many, many projects and data sets.
